We are currently looking for a part time maintenance technician capable of performing a variety of household repairs/maintenance. This would include basic plumbing, basic electrical, home repair/needs, possibly drywall experience, ground clean up, preventative maintenance, could have some on-call after hour - HVAC knowledge a plus. This individual should be organized, self-motivated, work independently, and can troubleshoot.
